Center of Applied Neo-humanism
1/6
After many years of workshops and training programs on neohumanist ideas around South East Asia, we felt the need to set up a center for retreats and more extended training programs.
By the grace of Infinite Providence we found a land of about 5 acres, in the vicinity of Taichung, in central Taiwan. The land is about 300 meters high and offers a nice view of the surrounding forests and valleys. It is the natural home of all sorts of creatures, including pangolins, tortoises, monkeys and a wide variety of birds such as buzzards and warblers.
Prema means "Love" and at Prema Yoga Education Center love inspires all our activities, whether for children, adults or the elderly.
We are driven by the vision that love is the result of a holistic lifestyle,
that balances body, mind and soul and by attuning these three aspects
of ourselves we can live in peace and harmony with others whether
it is in schools, families or the wider society.
Over the past fifteen years the team at Prema has offered yoga classes,
meditation workshops, teacher trainings and seminars on education
all over Taiwan and in East Asia. In association with several service
groups, Prema’s volunteers have been active in service projects
and inspiring others for mental growth programs. We are glad that
now we can open a center that promotes this vision to an even
wider audience.
Our activities include:
Yoga and Wellness programs
Yoga for adults
