Ananda Dhara Yoga Village –
Center for Applied Neohumanism (CAN)
1/9
The name Ananda Dhara was given by Acharya Shambushivananda, the global head of Gurukul, the movement that promotes and applies P.R. Sarkar’s Neohumanist vision in a wide range of fields, such as education, economics, psychology, ecology etc.
‘Ananda’ means ‘bliss’, the state of awareness that we enjoy when we introvert our minds and experience the deeper realms of our minds.
‘Dhara’ means ‘flow’, the natural movement of the mind towards the subtler ways of thinking.
‘Ananda Dhara’ can be translated as ‘Abode of Bliss’.
